MY STORY

Since moving to New Zealand from Canada in 2019, I have been on a journey of self-discovery and healing, and in the midst of it all have found home, community, and my purpose and passion in retreat work.


I am a very intuitive cook and work in flow and mindfulness. My kitchen is a sanctuary for creativeness and abundance. I believe that food should not only nourish the body but also delight the senses and feed the soul.

I love to incorporate edible flowers into the dishes, adding a pop of colour and flavour to each plate, as well as making sure the table is laid out with decor from nature, and coming together and giving a blessing before the opening and closing meal together.

My cooking style is centered around wholesome and vibrant vegetarian cuisine. I believe that food should not only nourish the body but also delight the senses, and this philosophy is reflected in every dish I create.

I am committed to using organic and wholefood ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. I believe that this not only supports local farmers and businesses but also ensures that my dishes are as fresh and nutritious as possible. While my dishes are predominantly vegan, I do offer cheese and egg options on the side to accommodate those who desire it.

In addition to my focus on wholesome ingredients, I also place great importance on creating meals that are meant to be enjoyed family-style. I believe that food is an important way to bring people together, and that sharing a meal can foster a sense of community and togetherness.

Overall, my cooking style is vegetarian with cheese and egg options, vegan-friendly, organic, and wholefood-based. I take great care in preparing each and every dish, and I am committed to creating meals that are both healthy and delicious.
